Marketing
Our newsletter emails, sent out quarterly, contain information to inform you of the work that the Southside BID is delivering in the local community. We do not sell advertising and they are not influenced by any third parties.
We will never send you emails paid for by a third party – emails are designed to inform or seek opinion only.
We run a Business Directory on our website (https://www.southsidedistrict.co.uk) the information displayed here should be that of a business nature as opposed to personal information. In order to display and maintain these records publicly we shall receive explicit written permission from businesses/individuals involved and it will only be displayed on this web page and never used for any other purposes.

We collect personal information about you when you register to receive a SOUTHSIDE Newsletter or if you agree to be contacted by us for the purposes of promoting events within the Southside District

We shall retain your information for as long as you remain a subscriber to our newsletter or our Business Directory. When you unsubscribe or request to be removed, we will delete the information you provided us with. Please contact Mailchimp if you have any queries that relate to our newsletter after you request removal/unsubscribe.
